CALL FOR ABSTRACTS

The workshop welcomes contributions that examine the foundations, challenges, and future directions of behavioural public policy, with a particular emphasis on insights relevant to the Central and Eastern European region. We invite work that advances theoretical understanding, provides empirical evidence, or develops interdisciplinary approaches to behavioural public policy. While we encourage a broad range of topics, we are particularly interested in papers that explore:

• Behavioural mechanisms and how they manifest across different institutional and cultural

  contexts in CEE

• Empirical methods to test potential policy interventions designed or informed by behavioural science principles

• Behavioural interventions, including novel designs, CEE-specific applications, or replications of interventions tested in WEIRD contexts.

• Behavioural frameworks for policy design, implementation, and evaluation.

• CEE-specific insights into the institutional, cultural, and governance conditions and capacities under which behavioural public policy could have the most impact.
